This package contains the datasets and source codes used in the PhD thesis entitled <i>"Artificial immune networks applied to alternative clustering: A proposal based on information theory"</i>. The following files are included: <ul> <li>File <em>Datasets-real.zip</em>: preprocessed real datasets (ALOI, WebKb, CMUFaces, Synthetic, and Flower), before normalization.</li> <li>File <em>Datasets-Ground Truth.zip</em>: files containing the Ground Truth clustering for the datasets with prior knowledge (ALOI, WebKb, Synthetic, and CMUFaces).</li> <li>File <em>Datasets-normalized.zip</em>: normalized datasets (ALOI, WebKb, CMUFaces, Synthetic, and Flower) used in experiments with all algorithms.</li> <li>File <em>Source Codes.zip</em>: contains the source codes of the algorithms proposed in the PhD thesis (CIP-aiNet, rCIP-aiNet, and ITL-aiNet).</li> </ul>
