The dataset includes experimental results from the development and application of LC–MS analytical methods to evaluate pesticide translocation in soybean plants. It comprises method validation data (e.g., linearity, matrix effects, precision, and accuracy) and quantitative results for abamectin in roots and fungicides in leaves. The dataset also includes results from translocation studies involving abamectin-loaded chitosan nanoparticles, as well as nanoparticle characterization data and in vitro nematicidal assays.
