The data refers to the quality of the chicks (according to the methodology of Tona et al., 2003), body weight with and without yolk, total incubation time, erythrogram values, biochemistry and blood gases, and rectal temperature of newly hatched broiler chicks (Cobb 500), males and females, from eggs with different hatching patterns (L-C x C-L: long period between internal and external pipping followed by a short period between external pipping and hatching, and vice versa) and subjected to thermal manipulation from the 13th day of incubation (37.5ºC x 39ºC).
