This survey was conducted, among pregnant women residing in the state of São Pablo, to establish the prevalence of unplanned pregnancies and to assess its associated factors. Therefore, sociodemographic and reproductive variables were collected. And six questions from the Brazilian validated version of The London Measurement of Unplanned Pregnancy (LMUP) were included to calculate the degree and intensity of pregnancy planning. The final dataset is composed of 30 variables. Two separated files are included with this data: i) a file with the raw data, and ii) a file with the data dictionary (in Portuguese).
