This dataset contains all data used in the manuscript submitted. The dataset contains: STM images, Photon maps acquired with STM images, STS spectra, luminescence spectra from tunnel current induced luminescence (STML) and photoluminescence (PL). Finally, it contains some time-resolved photoluminescence spectra. The data is the raw data (data as acquired) and processed data. The data contains some metadata related to the acquisition conditions. Other experimental details are available in the research paper.
