This dataset contains electrical transport measurements of MoTe2performed under hydrostatic pressure, including longitudinal resistivity, magnetoresistance, and Hall effect measurements. The experiments were carried out over a range of temperatures and pressure values. The dataset includes raw experimental data and analysis files provided in .dat formats and Origin project notebooks, documenting the data processing, visualization, and analysis procedures. The data support and complement the results presented in the doctoral thesis.
