This dataset contains the original data used in the production of the master's dissertation and the article cited here. It is composed of data from three different agricultural areas in the state of São Paulo: (i) Campina Farm (Caiuá municipality), (ii) São José Farm (Cosmópolis municipality), and (iii) Aliada Farm (Sales Oliveira municipality). The provided table has three sheets, one for each farm. The values were extracted to soil collection coordinates. In each, the following items are provided: - Soil grid and physicochemical properties (x, y, clay, silt, sand, TOC); - Soil Chemical Quality Index (SCQI); - Soil texture classes (EMBRAPA Triangle); - Laboratory magnetic susceptibility (MSlab); - Sentinel-2 Synthetic Soil Image (SYSI) bands (B, G, R, RE, NIR, SWIR1, SWIR2) and HSV conversion - apparent electrical conductivity and magnetic susceptibility (ECa, MSa) - portable X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (pXRF); and - Visible-infrared diffuse spectroscopy (VNIR).
