This dataset comprises raw data obtained from experimental analyses conducted to characterize films incorporated with essential oils. The files include measurements of thickness, density, water vapor permeability, moisture content, solubility, and mechanical properties. Additionally, the dataset provides results from scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and microbiological analyses, aimed at evaluating the films’ potential application as antifungal agents against Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, and Penicillium roqueforti.
