This dataset comprises in-depth structural characterization of Fe-doped TiO2 nanomaterials using scattering techniques, comprising X-ray diffraction (XRD), pair distribution function (PDF) analysis, and Raman spectroscopy. Along this dataset, the local-to-long-range structural information contributes to an overall understanding of the structure and defects as a function of the Fe-doping loading and synthesis time.
