This dataset contains data associated with the thesis “Aplicação da cinza da casca de arroz como auxiliar de filtração da cerveja”. It includes experimental results on the turbidity stability of beer after pilot-scale filtration using raw rice husk ash (RHA), micronized rice husk ash (RHA), coarse diatomaceous earth (CA500), fine diatomaceous earth (CI160), a fine diatomaceous earth filtration aid (type 14), colloidal silica (SI), and a 1:1 mixture of SI and RHA (RHA:SI 1:1). These data support the comparison between rice husk ash and conventional filtration aids, contributing to the evaluation of rice husk ash as an alternative filtration material in beer processing.
