This cross-sectional study included journals in the Pharmacology & Pharmacy category of the 2024 Journal Citation Reports (JCR). Primary outcome was publication priority, defined as ≥2% of publications on SDG3.3. Bibliometric indicators were obtained from JCR and the number of publications in each journal up to 2023 were identified using Web of Science Core Collection via Clarivate. Gender and countries of the editors were identified on the website of each journal and classified as low and middle-income or not according to The World Bank. Poisson regression was utilized to calculate prevalence ratios (PR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) of the outcome and journal characteristics.
