Instruments (questionnaires) and collected data (responses in spreadsheets) for diagnosing the maturity level of 13 software development organizations regarding their continuous practices. Additionally, we provide a report for each organization about the proposed recommendations based on the diagnosis. All the data is anonymized concerning individuals and their organizations. The data collection involved two encounters with participants: i) one for diagnosis using the Zeppelin instrument; ii) and other for presenting the results and assessing the proposed recommendations.
