A dataset containing 2292 images of fields from microscope slides of fecal exams, containing eggs from 5 species of dog parasites, being: 1 - Ancylostoma spp. 2 - Cystoisospora spp. 3 - Giardia spp. 4 - Toxocara spp. 5 - Trichuris spp. The annotation was performed by specialists, where majority voting from 3 annotators was used for component identification and classification.
