This repository holds the data of the MSc thesis in Computer Science, defended on 21st July 2025, entitled "Feature Learning from Image Markers meets Cellular Automata". The repository contains the code to replicate the entire proposed method as well as sample data that enables any user to implement it. Moreover, instructions to download the complete datasets used in the study are provided. The method allows for the use of the Feature Learning from Image Markers methodology to initialize Cellular Automata.
