The data set includes all the generated data during the master´s project "Investigation of tryptophan metabolites as potential biomarkers for acute kidney injury in COVID-19 patients plasma samples using HPLC-MS/MS targeted metabolomics". The data consist of Excel files containing the raw data and the applied statistical treatment. They can be divided into the following main topics: Data generated during analytical method development, sample preparation optimization, method validation according to ANVISA RDC 27 Bioanalytical Methods Guidelines, metabolite concentrations in plasma samples from COVID-19 patients and their historical data.
