This dataset comprises physiological and movement signal recordings from patients with tremor, collected in a clinical environment during standardized motor tasks. Each recording includes data from IMU sensors (smartwatch and Myo armband) and EMG signals, annotated by up to two clinical raters. The tasks were standardized, and the data were organized with metadata and timestamped markers to enable pattern recognition and pathological tremor characterization analyses. Due to privacy and ethical considerations, only a portion of the dataset may be publicly available. Researchers interested in accessing the full dataset must contact the authors and submit a formal request, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards.
