This dataset contains two subsets of volumetric lung CT images, accompanied by annotations of the pulmonary lobes. The first subset consists of 30 CT scans from Brazilian patients with COVID-19, with manual annotations for each pulmonary lobe. The second subset includes only 30 manual annotations of the pulmonary lobes from cancer patients, whose volumetric images are publicly available in the Medical Segmentation Decathlon. Additionally, the data include a characterization of the severity of abnormal findings for each image.
