Simulation of the process of ethanol production from sugarcane developed in the simulation environment of Aspen Plus v14 ® considering the bibliography, the available data of the Guabirá sugarcane mill and the parameters of some Brazilian sugarcane mills. The simulation considers five stages in the process: Treatment, evaporation, fermentation, distillation and dehydration.
