This dataset includes data which is part of a manuscript to be submitted for publication in a scientific journal (Virulence) entitled “Contribution of a LysM domain-containing protein regulated by VicRK to Streptococcus sanguinis virulence”. It contains excel spreadsheets with data presented as charts in seven Figures inclued in the manuscript. These files contain the results of experiments applied for a phenotypic screening of an isogenic mutant of the gene ssa_0094 of Streptococcus sanguinis, which was obtained in the strain SK36 and designated SK0094. The strain SK0094 was compared to the parent strain (SK36) and to a complemented strain harboring a shuttle plasmid containing a full-copy of ssa_0094 (SK0094+), used as control.
