Descrição:
This dataset is part of Luiz Gustavo Lovato's doctorate thesis presented in the Program Environment & Society (IFCH/NEPAM/UNICAMP). The objective of the thesis was to analyze how the 2011-2019 drought period affected the vulnerabilities and socio-climatic dynamics related to viticulture and grape growers in the Bebedouro and Nilo Coelho Public Irrigation Projects (PIPs), located in Petrolina (Brazil). To this end, an integrated analysis (biophysical and socioeconomic indicators, qualitative and quantitative) was used, with the application of mixed research methods.
The data are related to variables in the fields of climate/meteorology, hydrology, economics and personal perceptions of climate risks and adaptation to climate change.
The thesis was supervised by Dr. Jurandir Zullo Junior (CEPAGRI/UNICAMP), and co-supervised by Dr. Roberto Luiz do Carmo (NEPO/UNICAMP).
