Os dados aqui apresentados são usados para determinar o parentesco preciso de cruzamentos controlados de progênies de irmãos completos (IC) de cajueiro. Para o experimento de IC 2013 foram realizados 4 cruzamentos (CCP76 x BRS226; CCP1001 x CCP76; CCP1001 x BRS226; e CCP1001 x PRO555/1). O teste foi realizado com 2409 SNPs para cada progênie/offspring ID (coluna A) e a coluna Candidate father (H) indica, quando significativo (coluna S), o provável pai do indivíduo. O Trio confidence (coluna S) indica a confiança dos genitores serem os verdadeiros (S) parentais ou não (caso 0.0 ou valores negativos na coluna R).The data presented here is used to determine the accurate parentage of controlled crosses of cashew complete sibling progenies. For the 2013 CI experiment, 4 crosses were made (CCP76 x BRS226; CCP1001 x CCP76; CCP1001 x BRS226; and CCP1001 x PRO555/1). The test was carried out with 2409 SNPs for each progeny/offspring ID (column A) and the Candidate father (H) column indicates, when significant (column S), the probable father of the individual. Trio confidence (column S) indicates the confidence of the parents being the true (S) parents or not (case 0.0 or negative values in column R).
