The dataset identifies optical density values when using the MTT assay for detection of cytotoxicity levels in cells cultivated in vitro in the presence of sodium valproate (VPA). These data provide basic information to discriminate cell viability as affected by general toxicity effects due to differential VPA doses used in pharmacological and epigenetic experiments. |
