Physiological data collected from the anaerobic chemostat cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain SA-1. The yeast culture was cultivated using a chemostat system, with 1L working volume in anaerobic conditions (800 rpm and D ~0.1/h.) The two control samples used verduyn medium supplemented with glucose (25 g/L), KOH (2 mM) and a working pH of 5.0; the treated samples received the same medium with the addition of 5 mM of p-coumaric acid. |
