Title: Towards a multi-dimensional framework to put UX into action in software startups
Subject: User Experience;Software Startups;User-centred Design;UX Work;Grounded Theory;Qualitative Research
Description: The objective of project was to investigate what software startups need from UX. To achieve this goal, we conducted open-ended interviews and retrospective meetings with 16 software professionals from four software startups in Brazil. We analysed the data qualitatively using the constructivist grounded theory approach, which included stages of open coding, focused coding, and theoretical coding. Due to the complexity of our results, we publish different papers to discuss the results from partial perspectives.
